The fridge-freezer
A large double-door American-style fridge-freezer is one of the items people worry about most on moving day. They’re heavy, awkward, unforgiving on doorframes, and expensive to replace if something goes wrong. The team wrapped it in stretch film to protect the finish, then fitted the specialist appliance cover before it moved an inch.
Getting it out through the garage was the tricky bit. Orange furniture lifting straps took the weight properly and kept both lads in control throughout. No rushed movements, no corners cut.
Two on the carry
Out in the open, Lee and John took it together across the driveway to the van. Straps on, communicating throughout, moving as one. That’s what 15+ years of experience looks like in practice.
